Jay began his mortgage career in 2010, at a time when the real estate industry was in the midst of rebuilding. He worked for numerous large and small retail lenders, which, by design, operated in the best interest of the bank.
These organizations offered limited options confined to the bank’s rates and programs, with restricted access to anything outside of their select investors. Additionally, the multiple departments and levels of management within these banks increased the rates we could offer our clients.

In the spring of 2019, He transitioned to the Independent Broker Channel. Since then, I have been able to offer low rates, fantastic service, and access to over 100 investors in the wholesale channel. This transition has empowered me to provide my clients with a wide range of Down Payment Assistance and First Time Buyer Programs. Moreover, I can address lending needs that may pose challenges for other lenders, offering solutions outside the typical margins.
