1. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by the Hispanic Organization of Mortgage Experts, located at 135 N
Old Woodward Ave Suite 200, Birmingham, MI 48009. This promotion is in no way sponsored,
endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other social media platform.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the
time of entry. Employees, board members of the Hispanic Organization of Mortgage Experts,
their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on January 15, 2025, at 12:00 AM (EST) and ends on May 15, 2025, at
11:59 PM (EST) ("Entry Period").
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the giveaway by clicking the link in the sponsor’s Instagram bio, which
directs to https://www.tunuevohome.com/badbunnyentry, and completing the entry form. Limit
one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. No purchase or donation is required
to enter or win.
5. Prize
The prize includes:
● Four VIP tickets to the Bad Bunny concert in Puerto Rico on August 15, 2025.
● A 2-night stay with hotel partners.
● Exclusive access to the Bad Bunny VIP Experience, including a VIP pool party,
limited-edition gifting kit, collective laminate, and lanyard.
● Approximate retail value: $945 per ticket (total value: $3,780). Flight is not included.The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the
sponsor's discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about May 20, 2025. The
winner will be notified via phone call and must respond within 24 hours of notification to accept
the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and an
alternate winner may be selected.
7. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole
responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form
W-9 prior to receiving the prize.
8. Publicity
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional
purposes by the sponsor without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical
failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway. Entries generated by script, macro,
or other automated means are void.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Hispanic Organization of
Mortgage Experts, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability
